It's been so lonq yeah (: I'm finally back to post :D During this holiday, I've learnt many things, built up on my relationship w my friends andd made more friends (: It's been a real experience for me during th past few weeks. Especially OBS, My Survival. I was in group 7 , Cousteau. I survived and left this place w lots of memories w my fellow teammates. They are : Charlene , Amos , Fatin , Cheryl , Erni , Ayesha , Bryan , Francesca , Min Yee , Li Tong , Serene , Ireena , Jun Cheng , Aloysius andd Wei Heng :D Andd not forgetting my Instructor , Ann Wee !

It all started with Day 1 :D 7June, Monday.

• Report to school
• Arrival at Punggol
• Registration
• Opening Speech
• Set off to OBS Campsite 2 :D
• Packing & Ice - Breakers
• Lunch ( It suck alot )
• Belay training
• Trust fall
• Learn Tent Pitching
• Packing of  Expedition bag

Everything went well on th first day of my OBS Survival, but one thing that my group is complaining about, THE HORRIBLE LUNCH ! D: Most memorable activity : Trust Fall I trusted my teammates , Andd i just fall. They did a vy good job protecting each andd everyone, WELLDONE <3

Day 2 :D 8 June , Tuesday.

• Trekking to OBS Campsite 1 :D
• Kayaking ( training  )
• Wash Up ( SHOIK AH )
• High Elements ( tripod climb )
• Dinner ( QUALITY one hor )

Day 2 was indeed vy tiring, never felt that tired before. Sea expediiton, Consists of 4 groups merging into one. They are , Cook , Columbus , Cousteau and Da Gama :D Andd together, we named ourselves, The DIAMONDS ! :D Most Memorable activity : High Elements ( tripod climb ) It was vy SCARYYYY , andd i managed to overcome my fear :D

Day 3 :D 9 June , Wednesday.

• Start of Sea Expedition ( OBS Campsite 1 -> Pulau Seletar ( Lunch ) -> Sembawang Water Venture )
• Tent Pitching
• Dinner ( NICE TO EAT ! )
• Sea Expedition Meeting for GLs
• Debriefing
• Lights Out
• Sentry Duty ( Half awake, TIRED. )

It's just mainly kayaking for th whole morning till th afternoon, We kayak-ed in a diamond shape, with all th GL being th Nagivator , StarBoard , Port andd Sweeper. I am a sweeper andd i kayak-ed in a single kayak when all th other Diamonds kayak-ed in pairs. My job is to guide th slower kayakers and to push them to help them catch up with th rest infront. It was tough. Through that stage, I've learnt not to give up on yourself andd others. Nothing is really Impossible. Most Memorable Activity : Sentry Duty We did sentry duty because we are camping in th open. We did not want any of our kayaks that are placed outside to be stolen andd 2 policemen asked us whether we saw a naked man, To prevent anyone from being hurt or whatsoever, we did sentry duty, FOR OUR OWN SAFETY ! :D ( Andd also, It's my first time see-ing Jelly fishes in real life. It reminds me of my darlings, SPONGEBOB andd PATRICKKKK ! <3 )

Day 4 :D 10 June , Thursday.

• Wakey wakeyyyy !
• Changed into wet attire in th tent, COLD.
• Launching of kayaks
• Circles of blessing ( A leader knows the way, goes the way, shows the way. )
• Start of Sea Expedition ( Sembawang Water Venture -> OBS Campsite 1 ) NO LUNCH D:
• Jetty Jump :O
• Wash Up
• Trek back to OBS Campsite 2 ( FINALLY ;D )
• Tent Pitching
• FABULOUS DINNER !
• Wash Up + Lights Out

It's finally day 4 ! :D Many many things had happenened andd all these memories are great ! :D I miss them ): I've learnt many things while kayaing back to OBS campsite 1. SERIOUS, i was so touched andd i cried. Nobody knows X: I've seen everybody putting effort, kayaking in th rain just to get back to Campsite 1. Perserverance was seen. Effort was made, Succeess came. Most Memorable Activity : Jetty Jump I was scared, Jelly fish are like swimming all around th jetty. :O I hesitated. I dared not to jump. Everyone is required to shout our something about Diamonds. Andd before i get my courage andd jump off th jetty, I shouted to every Diamond member :" DIAMONDS ! WHEN YOU GET OUT THERE , SHINE LIKE A DIAMOND LIKE HOW YOU ARE SHINNING NOW ! ". I shouted at th loudest voice that i had. And i took a step forwad. down i go ! I DID IT ! :D

Day 5 :D ( Last Day in OBS ) 11 June , Friday.

It's th last day. A day when me andd my friends that i had made in OBS can finally shout out. "WE SURVIVED OUTWARD BOUND SINGAPORE". As we shout out our joy, everyone started to cry. I've never seen a group (Cousteau), Bonding so much together within 5 days and being seperated into their own lil tiny group back in their schools. Friendship Forged. I really missed th 5 days andd 4 nights w Cousteau. I really miss it. I believe that everybody that had gone through OBS, Knows that " There is something about OBS that stays with you for life!". And i believe it. You will never know how much this camp meant to me. Until you experience it yourself.
